Start eating more servings of fruits and vegetables every day. They are very easy to buy, and can cause a complete change in the energy you have and how you feel from your diet. Another big step in a healthy diet plan includes listening to your body.
2 When you eat
You may be wondering when you should eat in your diet plana.Glavna thing to remember is to listen to your body. If you say you're hungry, then you should probably eat. This does not mean that you should continue to snack on junk food and other things harmful to your health just because they are hungry. Maybe you eat low-fat yogurt or a bag full of blueberries.
