I watched a lot of movies and television growing up, but I have not seen a movie is "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory" when I was in my 20s. Shocked? I know most of my friends are! This is a classic film, especially for the chocolate fiend like me. When I was a kid, I loved candy. I remember my mom would take us to breakfast at the local "greasy" spoon, garden grill, a front against the sale of all kinds of glorious candy. My choice was candy cigarettes ... remember those? This is the rubber in the form of cigarettes. Of course, I did not realize how much they promote smoking my precious little 6 years old! It does not go back memories. Today, my tastes run to healthier fare as an antioxidant rich dark chocolate. But when I first saw Willy Wonka, I was amazed at one scene in particular because I had a love affair with the tires of my adolescent days. Do you know which scene I'm talking about? This is one in which Violet sneaks a piece of Wonka's blueberry gum, even though he warns that it is not ready for consumption. It is, however, her score she blows up like blueberries! As it continues to expand, Wonka said, "They all become blueberries ..." Hilarious! I am that many of you grew up with this movie and still find it funny. You May be wondering, what the heck is this movie has to do with the post? Well ... Read on and find out.

They include increasing the life of Vitamins C and E, fiber, and manganese. Blueberries are literally plant the fruit in a small package. With phytonutrients called anthocyanidins, blueberries neutralize free radicals in cells. While this is incredibly useful in the body when applied topically they also have amazing benefits just make sure to choose organic. Why? Blueberries can be highly contaminated with pesticides. It might cost a little more, but you'll be healthier in the process. Here are some of the blueberry health:

That's it! I do not have to put them in a blender or food processor, because I've found you get the most juice from just crushing them yourself. If you have a mortar and pestle that's even better. Here's what you do: Pour some blueberries in a bowl and crush with a spoon, or better yet, your fingers (! Just make sure your hands are clean) Apply to clean, dry face. Yes, it will be a bit messy, and you May have some blueberry skin dripping down his face ... Nobody said beauty is beautiful. Also, if one enters the mouth, it's ok, go ahead and eat. Leave it on for a few minutes ... but not for too long or you'll start to feel itchy. About 10 minutes will do. Then rinse, and you'll be amazed at the results. Your skin will be glowy, soft and smooth. Oh ... Do not forget to moisturize! I am using this incredible therapeutic essential oil serum immediately (review soon!)
