Nutrition: An Overview

This article focuses on the part of our life that we all tend to ignore. And so, we inevitably sabotage our fitness goals.
This is a crucial part: , "diet"
Nutrition is the raw material of our body to repair itself and for proper functioning. Now I would like to point out one thing for you. You can exercise all you want. But if you do not watch your child then it is almost completely useless!
You've probably heard these words:
"You can not train a bad diet ." " Great abs are in the kitchen ."
These expressions clearly show that a large part of what we want from our body is directly influenced by our diet.
Now, when you read the word "diet" I'm sure there are some things floating around in my head. No, I assure you that this is something completely different than what you picture.
a complete balanced diet plan or diet fitness does not include:
1) a drastic cut in food and stay hungry the whole day 2) eating fruit and biscuits and drink lemon juice all day long 3) Cut all types of fat from your meals 4) Never being able to eat anything delicious
is absolutely not!
What if I told you that this is exactly the opposite of each of these things will help you to melt your body fat? I have your attention now, do not I?

Now that you know that fitness is not a diet, here is a list of things:
1) a comprehensive plan that allows a person to gain a lot of nutrients that the body needs for healthy functioning properly.
2) a good balance between carbohydrates, protein and fat (yes, you need to eat fats !)
3) a set of moderate-sized meals that leave people satisfied.
4) the variety in each meal. No more boring salads and beans for the whole day.
maintaining a balanced diet plan has the following advantages:

4) A healthy can make you look younger and fresher. It promotes good cell growth and eliminates free radicals and toxins in your body.
